The farm of Dîme was built in 1765 and is now a museum. It matches the classical tree-part structure - farm-church-castle - of the medieval village of Montquintin, and is listed as "Major Walloon Heritage".
This three-part farm is a perfectly preserved example of traditional rural architecture in the Gaume area, i.e. the living quarters, the barn and the cattle shed under one single roof. The original local materials bear testimony to tradition.
